North Carolina Museum of Art – Art as Shelter

In 2006 the North Carolina Museum of Art commissioned Mike Cindric to design an outdoor classroom that would function as both sculpture and shelter. In a collaborative effort, Mike invited Vinnie Petrarca, Robbie Johnson and David Fish from Tonic Architecture, and the DDI design team to take part in the creation of the classroom.
